On 4 October 2019 the Irish Times reported on a case involving our client Michael Coffey. Mr. Coffey, his wife and daughter are perusing Bank of Ireland Mortgages for damages for the taking of their home which has been acknowledged should not have happened. This claim is the subject of ongoing litigation and no further comment at this time is possible.
